About the Virgina (Front load)

Front Load Only

All the homes in this section are front load garages. For side load garage see the section dedicated to side load garages. A front load garage is where the garages open to the front of the home. Side load garages, have the garage on the side of the home, needing more room to build as you will need to build a driveway that turns into the garage.

48' to 70'

Front Load Only

Homes start at 48' and go to 70' wide home. You can add side-rooms and a detached garage to add to the width. All the homes shown can "flip". This means you can reverse the home. If the garage is on the left side of the home. Then the home can flip and then on the right side of the home. The entire home flips.

On-Your-Lot only.

This section is dedicated to the client that has their own land. If you do not own land, please see a real-estate agent and an engineer. However, this process can be challenging. Many people have bought land thinking they can build but find out the land is not useable or a smaller home will fit. Also, construction costs can be unknown.
